Standard Terms
- 50% advance payment is required before project commencement, and the remaining balance must be cleared before final delivery.
- Advertising budget for Meta or Google campaigns is separate and will be paid directly by the client to the respective platform.
- Project timelines are subject to timely approvals, content submission, and communication from the client side.
- Client is responsible for providing required business assets such as logo, images, videos, login access, and company information.
- Proposal includes up to 2 minor revisions; any additional revisions or scope changes will be charged separately.
- Digital marketing results may vary based on budget, competition, audience behavior, and market conditions; therefore, specific leads or sales are not guaranteed.
- Monthly marketing services are renewable on a monthly basis and may be paused in case of delayed payments.
- Website, creatives, and other deliverables will be transferred to the client only after full payment completion.
- Domain, hosting, premium plugins, and third-party software or tools are not included unless specifically mentioned in the proposal.
- Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has been initiated and work has commenced.
